          Johnson & Johnson Vision, the importer of ACUVUE contact lens, continues in becoming a leading contact lens brand in the digital era by adopting a new social media touch point to attract digital consumer. Recently, the brand has introduced the ACUVUE LINE Official Account as a new friendly communication platform to connect better with consumer and raise up eye health awareness.
          Nowadays, Thai consumers are increasingly communicating through online channels, especially LINE application which now has more than 42 million Thai users. Johnson & Johnson sees this as an opportunity to expand its communication channel to customers across the country who are regularly using smartphones and LINE so that they can keep up with new promotions and contact the brand directly.
