Pepper Lunch New look! The Original Japanese D-I-Y Teppan Restaurant

          Pepper Lunch, a fast casual Japanese steak restaurant with its unique concept – Sizzle it your Way, launches its new store concept  “D-I-Y Tappan Restaurant at Fortune Town the 1st floor, Plaza Zone,
          Mrs. Orawan Komonpunporn, the General Manager Pepper Lunch Thailand, revealed that after being introduced to Thai consumer in the late 2007, Pepper Lunch is now gaining more popularity among consumers. To further strengthen its brand image and its positioning of Japanese Steak Restaurant, to gain more popularity, Pepper Lunch just launched its new brand positioning in the new store  at Fortune Town 1st Floor . 
          The new look of Pepper Lunch reflects modern image with more Japanese cues. With new uniform, new store design & decoration, new visibilities, we believed, can create an attractive Japanese dining experience which consumers are looking for., said Mrs. Orawan. The new brand proposition of “The original Japanese D-I-Y Teppan Restaurant” will be effectively communicated to consumers via 3-Dimensions tool; Different Dining, Demonstration Panorama, and Delight dimension.
          The Different Dining dimension reflected the two dining zones to serve different customer’s groups ; the Dining zone is designed with modern table and sofa type  for  2-4 people or as a group of customers who  want a formal dining experiences.  While the Luncheon zone is designed to have private space equipped with oak -colored lounge chair for customers who want quick lunch or customers who wants to have snacks between meals with a more comfort mood and relaxed dining experiences.
          Demonstration panorama , the second dimension, neatly created with large clear glass wall which enable people to see shop atmosphere. The main purpose is to create an inviting shop ambience, that people can see from outside and want to try the menus. In addition to the neatly panorama glass design, the warmth and welcome Japanese greeting word “ Irrachimase” from our Pepper Lunch staffs became a Pepper Lunch service character which means “Pepper Lunch please to welcome you”. 
          Delight Dimension - ... the dimension of colors  to create vibrant atmosphere  for the shop.. Group of colors such as Black Oak, Neutral Color such as  Cream , White and light brown colors were used in dining tables, lamp, wall and counter to reveal the energy  or power and Japanese spirits.
          According to Mrs. Orawan, the existing stores of Pepper Lunch will be gradually renovated to new design while the upcoming new stores such as Siam Square store will be built to newly design. Pepper Lunch currently has 5 stores and it will have 10 stores by the end of 2010. We expected that the re-launch of new brand proposition and the new store Image will be able to drive the brand grow over 50% from 2009 said Mrs. Orawan.
          Mrs. Orawan further said that the opening new shop campaign, will be "BUY 300 GET 600" , Dining at Pepper Lunch up to 300 baht will instantly receive discount coupon worth 600 baht.
