BAY launches Krungsri Yellow Points campaign

          Aiming to expand customer base and transactions through electronic channels both Krungsri ATM and Krungsri Online

          Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (BAY) today launches a marketing campaign ”Krungsri Yellow Points” for Krungsri ATM, Krungsri Visa Electron, and Krungsri Visa Debit cardholders to collect points for prizes redemption when performing transactions at Krungsri ATMs or via Krungsri Online service. The points can be collected and used until the end of June 2011. In addition, the Bank will introduce a new ATM and Krungsri Visa Debit card. 

          Mr. Roy A. Gunara, Head of Consumer Banking, Bank of Ayudhya PCL., said that the Bank has organized a marketing campaign “Krungsri Yellow Points”, another campaign under “Innovation Makes Life Easy” concept, for Krungsri ATM, Krungsri Visa Electron, or Krungsri Visa Debit cardholders who perform transactions including inter-region money withdrawals, inter-region domestic money transfers, inter-bank money transfers, mobile top-ups, and bill payments at Krungsri ATMs or via Krungsri Online service or spend via Krungsri Visa Electron card or Krungsri Visa Debit card. Customers will receive points every time they perform transactions and redeem their points for vouchers that can be used in daily life such as gift vouchers for Central Department Stores, The Mall, Big C, Tesco Lotus, Oishi Group restaurant, MK, Sizzler, McDonald’s, The Pizza Company, KFC, expressway coupon, Caltex fuel card and many more. The campaign will run from July 15, 2008– June 30, 2011 and customers can sign up for the campaign at any Krungsri ATMs. Customers who applied for Krungsri SMS Banking service will be automatically signed up for Krungsri Yellow Points. 

          Mr. Roy added that the Krungsri Yellow Points campaign will be a selling point in providing services through Krungsri ATMs and Krungsri Online service. The campaign will help customers familiar with performing transactions through both electronic channels while providing incentives for their usage. AF4 famous singers, Nat and Tol, will be the Bank’s brand ambassadors for this campaign, advertisement includes TV, radio, and marketing materials. The Bank also takes this occasion to introduce new design of Krungsri ATM and Krungsri Visa Debit cards developed to align with the marketing concept.

          Krungsri Yellow Point is a financial innovation following Krungsri SMS Banking and Krungsri Smile Cash Line that the Bank has offered to customers since the beginning of 2008.
