Deutsche Bank appoints Theo Siegert to supervisory board

Professor Dr. Paul Kirchhof is resigning from his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank with effect from July 15, 2006, in order to be able to dedicate more time to his wide-ranging activities and interests in law and research.
The Management Board and Supervisory Board noted his decision with regret and expressed their thanks to Professor Dr. Kirchhof, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2004, for his dedicated work on behalf of the bank.
The Management Board and Supervisory Board have asked Professor Dr. Theo Siegert (59) to join the Supervisory Board.
