Central Village, Thailand’s first luxury outlet, joins hands with 130 brand name stores, to launch ‘Super Brand Grand Sale’

Central Village, Thailand’s first luxury outlet, operating by Central Pattana plc, together with 130 international brands, launches 'Super Brand Grand Sale’ campaign, the first and best brand name product deals of the year for over two months.  To encourage Thai people to shop domestically, it offers up to 90% discount and the 'Weekly WOW Price’ starting from Bht 990 from well-known brands such as ALICE+OLIVIA, CHLOE, COACH, ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA, ETRO, JIMMY CHOO, KATE SPADE, KENZO, MARIMEKKO, MAX & CO., MCQ, MICHAEL KORS, MOSCHINO, OUTLET BY CLUB21, POLO RALPH LAUREN, SALVATORE FERRAGAMO, VALENTINO, VIVIENNE WESTWOOD, BATH & BODY WORKS, COCCINELLE, MELISSA, SUNGLASS HUT, VICTORIA’S SECRET and many more from today until July 31, 2020.  It also aims to encourage Thais to spend domestically to help boost Thailand’s economy during the COVID-19 crisis.

Now that the government has announced the easing of lockdown, we are holding a big discount campaign entitled 'Super Brand Grand Sale' for Thais to enjoy up to 90% discounts and to help the stores accelerate sales of their products that may have been slow during the last two months.  We also offer a number of on-top promotions to encourage Thais to shop to generate more cash flow in the economy.  It is expected that during these two months, the sales campaign will generate cash flow of over 1 billion baht from both physical and online stores, while maintaining 'Central’s Hygiene & Safety’ measures to fully cooperate with government policy. 'Super Brand Grand Sale’ offers up to 35-90% in discounts and 'Weekly WOW Price’ items starting at 990 baht every week throughout the two months of June and July 2020.  Get free cash voucher on-top as a privilege for The 1 members: spend 12,000 baht and up on 'Brands of the Week’, get free 500 baht, and exclusively from 19-25 June, get free 1000 baht.  While shop other brands under terms and conditions: spend 40,000 baht and up, get free cash voucher for 1,000 baht; spend 60,000 baht and up, get free 2,000 baht; spend 150,000 baht, get free 5,000 baht.  Moreover, there are other promotions such as shop more and get further discounts that offer extra on-top discounts when shopping under each store’s conditions as well as get up to 12% cash-credit rebates from participating credit cards.

    During the recent COVID-19 outbreak and despite being only partially open, Central Village was able to attract customers through its drive-thru pick-up service, which helped to create sales for luxury fashion and cosmetics stores.  More than 60% of customers reside within 15 kilometers.  Our target group is the middle to high-end housing estates with high purchasing power of Bangna and Prawet.  In addition, having a Tops Market for the convenience of the surrounding neighborhood has also helped to boost the number of customers.
