Kraft Heinz spices up Thailand culinary scene by hosting an exclusive artistic culinary workshop to transform everyday dishes into Masterpiece with Heinz Oyster Sauce.

Kraft Heinz Thailand, manufacturer of Heinz Oyster Sauce, led by Gabriel Melo, General Manager Thailand, has recently teamed up with Chudaree Debhakam, widely known as 'Chef Tam’ – Thailand’s first winner of popular cooking show Top Chef Thailand, inviting 15 customers to experience a Heinz Oyster sauce exclusive cooking workshop with celebrity chef under the theme 'Transform Everyday Dish to Masterpiece’.

In January 2020, Kraft Heinz launched 'Artsy Dish Challenge’, an online campaign on its official Facebook page, inviting customers to create and decorate their favorite dishes using Heinz Oyster Sauce as a key ingredient. After careful screening by judges, there were 15 winners selected based on their artistic creations and description of their inspirations. They were rewarded with a one-of-a-kind experience to participate in an exclusive cooking workshop hosted by Chef Tam.

The exclusive workshop kicked off with excitement as Chef Tam greeted all participants and wowed the event with her cooking demonstration and decoration of three signature menus including Seafood Sweet Basil, Chicken with Cashew Nuts and Kale with Oyster Sauce.

Following the demonstration, 15 participants were divided into 3 groups. Each group was assigned to cook and decorate the selected dish by Chef Tam using their ultimate creativity to transform the menu into their most artistic creation, in which Chef Tam will taste and score each team by herself.

After a fun-filled, 2-hour cooking workshop, three winners were announced by Chef Tam and awarded with a very special gift by Kraft Heinz.

“Each participant is a true cooking lover. The winners have created the best flavor and artistic decorations using Heinz Oyster Sauce. Hopefully this experience will encourage all of them to have more fun and be more creative with their day to day cooking,” says Chudaree.
