Prudential Thailand supports customers with special relief assistance measures amid COVID-19 outbreak

In line with its commitment to protecting the well-being of its customers, Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Prudential Thailand”) is offering additional relief assistance measures to help policyholders cushion the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak as follows:

  1. Extending the grace period of policy premium payment for another 60 days after the deadline of the grace period which lies between 27 February and 30 April 2020.
  2. Waiver of interest for policyholders who request policy renewal/ reinstatement within six months in the event that a policy lapses between 27 February and 30 April 2020.
