Photo Release: KBank wins “The Best Contact Center in Thailand 2019” award

          Dr. Pipatpong Poshyanonda (front row, second from left), KBank Senior Executive Vice President, and Mr. Porvarate Chetphongphan (front row, second from right), KBank First Senior Vice President, along with executives of KBank Contact Center joined forces in showing their success from wining "The Best Contact Center in Thailand 2019" award, plus 12 other distinguished awards, including five gold awards and two silver awards in the corporate category, and five awards in the individual outstanding performance category at the TCCTA Contact Center Awards 2019, organized by the Thai Contact Center Trade Association (TCCTA). KBank will be the only Thai commercial bank competing in the Asia-Pacific contact center contest in Indonesia during September 2019. The award presentation ceremony was held recently at Aksra Theatre King Power.
