PTT and GE Thailand explore the possibility of cooperation in Human Resource development and setup PTT-GE Solution Center in EECi @ Wangchan Valley towards sustainable growth

          PTT Public Company Limited and GE Thailand join force to develop EECi to drive the country's economy growth through research, innovation and human resources development along the government's "Thailand 4.0" policy. 
           PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, President & Chief Executive Officer, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), Mr. Wittawat Svasti-Xuto, Chief Technology and Engineering Officer, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), MR. Preecha Pocatanawat, Senior Executive Vice President, Organization Managementand Sustainability, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) and Mrs. Hongsri Charoenvaravoot, Executive Vice President, Project Director of EECi @ Wangchan Valley Project, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) together with Mr. Kovit Kantapasara, President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Thailand and Mr. Dimitri Leimonitis, Regional Customer Learning Leader, Asia Pacific GE Crotonville join together in the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between PTT Public Company Limited and General Electric International Operations Company Inc. for Eastern Economic Corridor of Innovation (EECi). The ceremony is also witnessed by Mr. Peter Haymond, Charge d'affaires ad interim at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok as the guest of honor. 
          Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, President & Chief Executive Officer, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), said that this cooperation was a significant step to seize new business opportunities that will support government's "Thailand 4.0" vision thus, elevating Thailand's economy through development of the EECi @ Wanchan Valley project. This collaboration of research and commercial development between PTT Public Company Limited and General Electric International Operations Company Inc. under the Thailand 4.0 vision will usher business towards sustainable growth. 
          "This agreement marks a significant milestone with GE's partnership with PTT, but more so, it is a testament of the company's commitment to develop emerging leaders and local talent in Thailand," said Mr. Kovit Kantapasara, President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Thailand.
          "Crotonville has been the center of GE's culture and leadership development since 1956. With this MoU, we at GE are excited to be able to bring 6 decades of world-class leadership programs that will create great opportunities for development and contribute to drive further the country's economy and "Thailand 4.0" vision in partnering with PTT and EECi." Mr. Kovit added.
          "PTT set up EECi at Wangchan Valley, Rayong, to be a Smart Natural Innovation Platform that fill with complete elements of innovation ecosystem, especially a frontier research of the Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC), which are key factors towards a successful and sustainable future" said Mr. Chansin.
